Verifying Artwork Dimensions and Preparing for Print in Microsoft PowerPoint
If your artwork has been created in PowerPoint, it’s essential to ensure that the slide dimensions comply with the required specifications for print. To verify this, open your presentation and go to Design > Slide Size > Custom Slide Size. A dialog box will display the current width and height of your slides.
Please confirm that your file matches one of the following standard formats:
- 70 × 100 cm (27.56 × 39.37 inches)
- 90 × 130 cm (35.43 × 51.18 inches)
Once the size is set correctly, we recommend saving your file in PDF format for optimal print quality. To do this:
- Go to File > Save As
- Choose PDF (*.pdf) from the file type dropdown
- Click Options, and under Publish Options, ensure that High-quality printing is selected
- Confirm settings and save
This process ensures that your artwork is exported at the correct dimensions and resolution, making it suitable for professional printing.
